In addition, the project involved a wide range of specialized cleaning services, including detailed hand cleaning, scrubber cleaning, debris removal, and garage power washing.

• Dedicated On-Site Leadership: A dedicated Superintendent worked in close coordination with the FTCC Project Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staffing across various areas of the arena, and ensure clear, consistent communication.

• Detailed Tracking and Management: Time & materials, change orders, and additional scopes were carefully documented to ensure accountability, transparency, and disciplined project control.

Results

FTCC successfully completed the project within the client’s aggressive timeframe. The arena was delivered in a clean, fully operational condition, demonstrating FTCC’s ability to manage large-scale, time-sensitive projects.
